Direct Deposit And Payroll Deduction
Have your payroll or recurring payments (social security, pension, payroll, etc.) deposited automatically. Safeguard your checks and eliminate theft or loss of checks.
Payroll Deduction
Make saving or loan payments easily and automatically each pay period. No need to worry about mailing payments or deposits or missing a due date. Save time and postage. Check with your employer to determine if payroll deduction is available.
If your employer does not offer this service ask us about our EzFunds ACH service. Transfer funds automatically on a set schedule to or from any financial institution that accepts ACH. Schedule options include weekly on Friday, the 1st of the month, the 15th of month, the end of month, and bi-weekly on Friday. Contact a member service representative to find out more about our EzFunds ACH service.

ER Transportation Services Coverage
Family Advantage Federal Credit Union is pleased to offer a unique ER Transportation Services (Ground Ambulance and Life Flight) Coverage insurance policy.
What Is ER Transportation Services (Ground Ambulance and Life Flight) Coverage?
A reimbursement program to cover (ER Transportation Services) Ground Ambulance and Life Flight expenses due to an emergency.
Ground Ambulance and Life Flight Coverage Points:
Covered Member: Any member and their dependents (if family coverage is selected). Dependents are covered over the age of 18 as long as the dependent is enrolled in school full-time. In the event of an accident, the student must be enrolled full-time.
Benefit: The maximum benefit per occurrence is $17,000, but there is no Annual Aggregate limit.
Coverage: World-Wide—the coverage goes with you in the event you relocate or are traveling.
Occurrence: A single recorded incident involving a covered member.
Deductible: There are no deductibles.
Expiration: There is no renewal date. Your coverage continues as long as your membership is in good standing. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that enough funds are on deposit in the designated account to cover your monthly membership fee.
Other Insurance: In the event that other valid and collectible insurance is available, this policy will become secondary or excess. A.I.M. reserves the right to investigate claims to determine if there is other primary coverage available.
Steps to Properly File a Claim:
Do not send any paperwork to the Credit Union as this will only delay processing. Do not present your ER Transportation Services (Ground Ambulance and Life Flight) Coverage or Credit Union membership card to the hospital for billing. Your primary health coverage insurance card should be presented. You will receive a statement from your Primary Provider showing what has and has not been paid. Send that "Explanation of Benefits" directly to:
