When completing the application, please provide all the requested information. Each application will be checked for membership qualifications. Upon approval, you will receive an Account Disclosure brochure within three (3) days.

You will be required to provide a clear copy of your valid driver’s license, sign the membership signature card, have all applicable signatures notarized, and provide a check or money order for at least the minimum required deposit for each account opened.

Members under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian authorization to open an account. On minor accounts, the Credit Union will not use any information other than what is required to open the account. Parents and legal guardians may have access to their child’s information at any time and a say in how the information is used.
